The excellence of this new olive oil exceeds any expectation.

On Saturday June 13th at the Plaza El Bosque Hotel in Santiago, Chile, it took place the first official olive oil tasting of Nova Oliva, conducted by the Italian main tester and recognized expert Marino Giorgetti. During the event, Mr. Marino Giorgetti, along with our President Mr. Aurelio Montes, Mr. Felipe Lyon - CEO of Nova Oliva - and members of the Board of Directors, selected their best Extra Virgin olive oils, accurately setting the blends to create the Premium and Selection versions of Nova Oliva.
The very high quality of the results was applauded by the participants, explained by the fruity aroma, delicate herbal tones and equilibrium and balance in mouth of peppery and bitterness shown by the oils. The final comment of Mr. Giorgetti was that Nova Oliva´ s olive oil is an outstanding and intriguing experience.
